How do I request a travel quote?

Complete our travel request form with your destination, dates, travellers and budget. Kanjel will review your request and follow up with you.

Are flights included in the packages?

Our featured packages are land packages only. International and domestic flights are not included in the advertised package prices. Flight options can be discussed and quoted separately. Check each package for its included accommodation, meals, transfers and activities.

Can I book with a deposit?

Deposit amounts and payment deadlines depend on the package and supplier. Panama and Colombia have a US$200 deposit; Dubai and Bali have a US$100 deposit per person. All are non-refundable. Review the trip’s payment and cancellation terms before booking.

How do I pay for a featured trip?

Use the booking button on the trip page. Our featured packages open Culture Holidays, where you can review the booking details and available payment options before paying.

Can I ask about a trip that isn’t listed?

Yes. Share your plans through the travel request form, or message Kanjel on WhatsApp. For education or opportunity enquiries, contact Kanjel directly to discuss the support you need.
